Reflection
At the start of the semester I didn’t fully understand what makes something an iteration. I used to think that testing your first version that leads to a second version was enough.
I needed to learn how to demonstrate an iterative process and not just to create multiple versions, but versions that were validated along the way.
Early on, I learned that my iterative process wasn’t actually an iterative process. A real iteration happens when you test, get feedback and then validate the next version. I started doing this for everything that I’ve made and clearly showed my design process throughout the semester.
I’m proud of what I’ve done for LO3. I created multiple versions of all my designs and tested and validated them. I used Chris’s template to clearly document this process. It helped me clearly document my iterative process from start to finish.
Even though I didn’t fully understand what an iterative process was at first, I’m glad that I learned it and applied it to everything I’ve done this semester. It would’ve been ideal to know this form the start, but it’s part of the learning process. I wouldn’t change anything about this process since it has helped me to grow.
