Branding LOOP

LOOP is a media agency that likes to think different. With their young and innovative team they have expertise in branding, media production, marketing, UX/UI and coding. LOOP is a media agency who likes to be bold and think outside of the box with their creativity.

Evidence

Situation

Everyone in our group individually designed their own stylescape based on their personal vision and ideas for the media agency.

Task

Our task was to create a strong branding identity with fitting core values for our media agency, including multiple media outings, such as a website, poster, brand guide and promo video. My responsibility was to design and make the brand guide.

Action

My vision for LOOP was to create a media agency that isn’t afraid to think outside of the box and stand out with their creative concepts. So I used neon colours to give the agency a bold look. After we all finished our stylescapes we chose for my stylescape as the overall vibe for the brand identity, while incorporating the logo and fonts from another group member. I then created a brand guide to reflect the visual direction to ensure consistency in all media outings.

Result

The final branding was strong and consistent since all our media outings were in the same style and vibe. The brand came together cohesively.

Reflection

Next time it would be better if we first agreed on the core values for the agency before creating individual stylescapes. We all started with different visions, so it was harder to combine our ideas. Setting shared core values would help align our creative directions better and make the design process more efficient.
